Uses for Concrete Solutions

Just as you would use the products on an individual basis, the Concrete Solutions System is designed to be used anywhere a concrete structure exists.

Here are some examples of how Concrete Solutions can be used:

• Floor leveling/smoothing

• Concrete patching and repair

• Spalled/deteriorated conditions

• Horizontal or Vertical concrete/asphalt renovation

• Renovation of gypsum underlayments

• Slip and Abrasion resistant surfaces

• Reduction of moisture emissions through slabs

• Asbestos encapsulation

• Recreational surfaces, repair/smoothing

• Highways/bridges/sidewalks/curbs

• Waterproofing

• Parking structures, warehouses, pool decks, helicopter landing pads, driveways, loading docks, ramps, masonry walls, etc.

Application

Concrete Solutions can be applied using a squeegee, Fresno trowel, broom, brush, straight edge or spray gun.   It may be applied over damaged concrete, asphalt, wood decks, above grade decks, bridges, tennis courts, etc.

DIRECTIONS

Preparation: Prior to application of Concrete Solutions, clean the area that is to be treated, using a Heavy Duty degreaser such as Deep Clean.  Wait 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Crack Filling:   Pre-fill all cracks larger than 1/8" prior to coating with Concrete Solutions.   Allow to dry 24 hours.

Applying:   Concrete Solution is to be applied over a damp surface.  Do not puddle water on surface, mist spray only.

Mix Concrete Solutions with clean water to desired consistency.  If Concrete Solutions starts to set up or drag, simply "mist" spray the surface and Concrete Solutions will become pliable again. (Note:  several coats may be necessary to overlay some jobs.  The number of coats will depend largely on the condition of the surface to be coated.)

Allow Concrete Solutions to dry at least 24 hours before application of Acrylic Color, Color Stains or other subsequent coatings.
